4- WEEK 2: Pizza with Patricia

This cute girl you see here is Patricia, a volunteer at the Casa de Juventude of Italy. She has offered to teach us how to make pizza.

As we were on internship we couldn't help to make the dough and when we arrived it was resting so we went out for a snack at Confeitaria da Ponte.

Then we went back to CJ's kitchen and started cooking, I started frying potatoes as we were going to make a sausage and chips one, while Rocio cut the sausages into pieces.

We made different types of pizza, one with chorizo and tomato, one with rocket, tomato and cheese, a couple of sausages with cheese and tomato and one with apple, walnuts, cheese and honey.

Obviously, our favourite was the chorizo, as we missed the meat and we've only been here a week!
